Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and circumstances may interfere with your appointment. At the same time, we kindly request that you communicate in a timely manner. Please Text or Call to Cancel or Reschedule. By reading our policies and booking an appointment with us, you agree to the outlined below. In order to sustain our ability to provide services: Prepayment is REQUIRED for ALL SERVICES to hold your appointment. 24 HOURS OR LESS CANCELLATIONS will be charged less 50% to your payment option (credit card or refunded to your payment account). NO CALLS NO SHOWS will waive any rights to any refund. NO REFUNDS ON PREPAID SERVICES. These will be given as CREDIT to YOUR account and are NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND TIME. If your session was canceled at the 24 hours mark or over, your account will be credited and the deposit will be transferred to your new scheduled appointment.
