How to Prepare

You don’t need to be “cleared” or perfect to join.

There are two gentle ways to prepare:

1. Clear As You Go (Default)
   The class includes reflection, journaling, and practices to help you identify and dissolve old helper/healer patterns as they arise.

2. Pre-Class Session Prep (Optional)
   You may choose to book 1–3 soft-tier sessions with Saharah before class begins. These sessions focus on:

   • Releasing service identity imprints

   • Collapsing martyr, funnel, and savior patterns

   • Anchoring your energetic flame before entering the group field
