Sensitivity Is Not Something to Fix

Sensitivity is often misunderstood.

Many sensitive, empathic, and intuitive people have been told they are “too much,” “too emotional,” “too affected,” or “too aware.” But within the Starlight Wellness perspective, sensitivity is not a weakness. It is a gift of perception.

Sensitive people often notice what others miss. They feel subtle shifts in a room. They sense when something is off. They may naturally tune into emotions, energy, unspoken tension, beauty, truth, and the deeper layers of life.

The challenge is not the sensitivity itself.

The challenge is learning how to stay connected to yourself while feeling so much.

Without support, sensitivity can become overwhelming. You may absorb other people’s moods, feel drained after conversations, carry emotional residue from the day, or lose track of what is yours and what belongs to someone else.

But with simple energetic hygiene, soft boundaries, and daily grounding practices, sensitivity can become clearer, steadier, and more empowering.

You do not have to become less sensitive.

You can learn how to feel deeply without absorbing everything. You can stay compassionate without becoming over-available. You can remain open-hearted while still belonging to yourself.

This is the heart of my upcoming 90-minute online LIVE gathering for sensitive beings:

The Empowered Sensitive

A LIVE online gathering to support feeling clear, centered, and sovereign in daily life.

In our time together, you will learn a simple reset to help you:

  • Come back to yourself

  • Create a soft energetic boundary

  • Release what is not yours

This class is for empaths, sensitives, intuitives, and heart-centered people who are ready to feel more grounded, clear, and supported in daily life.
