Lion's Gate Energy Update

Today carries the feeling of a threshold.
Eclipse energy can be used as a point of reflection: a moment to notice where your inner reality and outer life are no longer in agreement.
The emphasis today is not on pushing, predicting, or forcing change.
It is on clarity.
Notice where your body softens when something is true. Notice where you contract around obligation, old identity, over-responsibility, or roles you may have already outgrown.
This is a supportive day for:
Clearing of outdated vows, agreements, loyalty patterns, inherited expectations, service roles, and attachments to former versions of self.
Alignment of your personal axis — returning attention to your own center, rhythm, timing, discernment, and embodied knowing.
Repatterning deeper beliefs such as:
I must carry this. I must remain who others expect me to be.
I must over-give to remain connected.
Change is unsafe.
Choosing myself creates separation.
The deeper invitation is:
What is complete?
What is still true?
What belongs to me now?
What am I ready to stop carrying?
What wants to become more fully embodied?
For sensitive people especially, this is a good day to simplify.

Mirror Tracking Off.
Return what is not yours.
Stay connected to the body.
Let your nervous system set the pace.
You do not have to make every decision today.
Sometimes the most important eclipse work is simply recognizing what has already changed within you.
Clear what is complete.
Realign with what is true.
Repattern for what you are becoming.
