Here are three simple but powerful practices to align with the energies this week:
🌱 Slow Living: Creating Spaciousness
The first medicine for this week is simplicity. When we pause, we give our nervous system and our soul the gift of integration. Try these slow-living practices:
Add micro-pauses — Take 1–2 minutes between tasks to breathe before moving to the next thing.
Choose one priority — Instead of juggling everything, allow yourself to single-task.
Create a gentle ritual — Morning tea in silence, journaling a single line, or 5 mindful breaths.
These tiny pauses ripple out into big shifts in clarity and peace.

🌍 Grounding: Nervous System Reset
The second medicine is grounding. With fluctuating cosmic and emotional energies, our nervous system needs anchors. Grounding brings us back into stability.
Barefoot on earth — Just 5 minutes on grass, soil, or sand can reset your whole field.
Body weight grounding — Stand with feet hip-width, soften your knees, and exhale into the earth.
