Join us for a nourishing in-person workshop to align with September’s energies of clarity and renewal. Together we’ll gently release what no longer serves, reset the field with guided attunements, and anchor intentions for adaptability and manifestation as the Equinox approaches.​
This gathering weaves gentle energetic practices with grounding, embodied tools, including:​

o Sound healing to harmonize your field and restore balance
o Journaling prompts to clarify intentions and release what’s ready to shift
o Movement practices to reconnect with your body and anchor energy in a tangible way.

Come as you are and bring what supports your comfort—yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel at ease. Together, we’ll create a sacred space to clear, align, and step into the Equinox season rooted, radiant, and ready.​
